Don't beat yourself over trying to lose weight!!! It breaks my heart to see people (especially my ladies) dieting and sometimes starving in order to lose weight. It does not have to be that way!! You can eat well, feel full and satisfied, while being at a weight you desire.


Let the following video guide you with some simple tips for a healthy LIFESTYLE, so that you never have to diet again. Simply implement each rule as it becomes appropriate and doable, then don't beat yourself up when you backslide (as you will).
